Cancellation – Rescheduling – Refund Policy: All sessions, or tickets to events/classes/workshops/circles, are non-refundable. If you’ve scheduled a reading, you may reschedule your session 24 hours in advance and you must reschedule online. Carl will not be able to reschedule your session via email. Mediumship Events and Classes are non-refundable.

Recording: Promoter/Venue/Medium(s) may use the ticket holder’s/attendee’s image and/or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture. Audio or Video recording by an attendee is not permitted unless written permission is granted from Carl Seaver, Majestic Moments, LLC.

All Psychic and/or Mediumship Demonstrations will be audio and video recorded for the sole use of the Medium(s). By purchasing a ticket for any event, you (and your party/guests) are granting your permission to the rights of your image, likeness, and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video without payment or any other consideration. You understand that your image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image or recording. You also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area by the Medium.

Payment: Your appointment or seat will not be considered confirmed until payment is received and therefore may be booked by another client or attendee if there is any delay in the scheduling or purchasing process. Your payment must be received in order to consider your appointment or seat reserved. All sessions, or tickets to events/classes/workshops/circles, are nonrefundable. There are no refunds on completed sessions or events/classes/workshops/circles.

Terms & Conditions of All Workshops

  1. When furnished, an application to participate in a given workshop does not guarantee acceptance into that workshop. If an applicant is not accepted into any workshop, when applicable, any payment or deposit made by the applicant will be refunded in full.
  2. Deposits, and when applicable, any additional installment payments, are non-refundable at any stage of the workshop if the applicant is unable to continue with the workshop.
  3. When applicable, continuing participation in any workshop is dependent upon payment installments being received by each stated due date.
  4. Carl Seaver reserves the right to withdraw the participation of any student not deemed suitable for any workshop. If applicable, payment will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
  5. Private video call assessments/consultations with Carl will be at a mutually agreeable time. We kindly ask for a student’s flexibility while arranging these times.
  6. Students are required to have access to either a computer or tablet (iPad), as well as a headphone with a microphone in order to access the Zoom platform and workshops.
  7. Due to the potential difference in time zones, if applicable, tutorials will be recorded and students will be able to access these recordings for their convenience for a limited time period.
  8. All recordings and materials provided are owned and copyrighted by CarlSeaver.com and Majestic Moments, LLC. Using these recordings or materials in any other way than specifically intended will be considered in violation of the copyright.

All of my Psychic and Mediumship Mentoring Programs will consist of monthly 60-minute or bi-weekly 30-minute live video time with me, based on my assessment of your current level of development. That’s 1 hour per month.

Since the Psychic and Mediumship Mentoring Program is exclusively designed, based on your individual level of development, each Psychic and Mediumship Mentoring Program will start with a FREE 30-minute introductory/discovery video call with me. During this time, you will fully understand all aspects of the Psychic and Mediumship Mentoring Program, including what will be expected of you.

Once your FREE introductory/discovery call has been completed, and only if we both agree that the Mentoring Program is suitable for you, you will be emailed a payment and enrollment link. Upon your enrollment, you will be required to submit two video recordings from two different dates with a length of 15-30 minutes per reading (no longer than 30 minutes) so that I can assess your current level of development. Details of how to submit the required videos will be shared with you in your enrollment confirmation email.

Upon your enrollment, and once your videos are received, I will email you exclusively designed exercises and assignments based on my assessment of your work. Included in that email will be a scheduling link for you to schedule your next video call with me.

Your Psychic and Mediumship Coaching Session Package will start with a FREE 30-minute introductory/discovery video call with me. During this time, you will fully understand all aspects of your Psychic and Mediumship Coaching Session Package, including what will be expected of you during your sessions. You will be able to discuss any issues that you are having or struggles you are facing, as well as goals you wish to achieve.

Upon enrollment, your Psychic and Mediumship Coaching Session Package will consist of three 1-hour video calls with me. This provides you with 1 hour of exclusive live coaching sessions per month. Your total of 3-hours of coaching must be utilized within 90 days of your enrollment.

Once your FREE introductory/discovery call has been completed, and only if we both agree that the Coaching Program is suitable for you, you will be emailed a payment and enrollment link. Upon your enrollment, you will be required to submit two video recordings from two different dates with a length of 15-30 minutes per reading (no longer than 30 minutes) so that I can assess your current level of work, and understand your specific goals and potential struggles. Details of how to submit the required videos will be shared with you in your enrollment confirmation email.

If you are a Demonstrating Medium, I would request that you submit your full video-recorded demonstration so I can see the way your demonstration flows, and how you transition throughout your entire demonstration.

Upon your enrollment, and once your videos are received, I will email you exclusively designed assignments based on my assessment of your work. Included in that email will be a scheduling link for you to schedule your next video call with me.
